Don’t forget that if you are travelling with prescription medication it is a good idea to also take a letter from your Doctor explaining that the medication is for your own personal use as well as how much you are taking and what the medication is.

Remember to try and eat and drink safe options while you are away so you can avoid illnesses from poorly prepared foods or untreated water.
