You must assign your Assignment of benefit in order for your consultation to be paid. ie Bulkd Billed.

 

What is Assignment of Benefit? If you want to be Bulk Billed, you must authorize  Medicare to pay the service to the provide. 

If you do not assign you're benefit private fees will apply.
