• For in-person appointments: We accept EFT-POS cards, Visa/Master-card (debit or credit), and cash.
Physical EFTPOS and Visa/Master debit cards are preferred, as they allow for an instant Medicare
rebate back to your card. Rebates cannot be processed onto credit cards. If you do not have a
physical card our reception team will be able to manually process a Medicare rebate for you which
will go back to your nominated bank account held by Medicare within 3-5 working days.
• For phone and video appointments: As part of the booking process, you will be asked to provide
credit card details. After your appointment, the card will be charged based on the length and type
of consultation. Medicare rebates will be paid directly to your Medicare-nominated bank account,
usually within a few days.

Please remember that it is not the reception staff or the Doctors that determine fees or billings.
We value and respect all of our patients and hope to receive the same respect from our patients. If
you are having difficulty in paying your bill please speak to the Practice Manager.

If you wish to let the Government know that the Medicare rebate is insufficient to assist you in
meeting the cost of your medical care, we encourage you to contact your local Member of Parliament
